Rent a Display Wall or Studio Space
At CAL, we provide spaces tailored to meet your artistic needs. 4’x8’ display wall spaces, perfect for showcasing your work, to working studios, CAL has the space for your creative needs!
4’x8’ Display Wall
Open Hours
CAL is open to the public Friday and Saturday 1-7PM and Sunday 1-5PM with extended holiday hours. Point buyers to your work whether you’re there or not!
CAL also holds monthly openings on the 2nd Friday of the month 6-9PM and closings on the 1st Thursdays 6-8PM. Usually we have about 100 patrons!
Commission
CAL encourages artists to be their own best advocates. Each artist represents their own small business. Therefore, for any sale processed through the artist’s payment portal (venmo, zelle, paypal, etc.) the artist retains 100% of the commission! CAL only takes commission for work processed through our register (25%).
Show Openings
As a CAL renter, you have 24/7 access to your display space. That means that you can have a mini-gallery opening of your wall space whenever you want! Invite your friends and family, set out wine and cheese, and get your work out there! CAL is happy to cross market of you tag us.
8’x8’ Studio Space
Our Studios
All studios are upstairs with access only to fellow renters and building tenants. Feel free to leave your supplies and work. All renters have 24/7 access so come and go as you please!
Pricing
Locked studios are $450 a month.
Unlocked studios are $350 a month.
Additional Benefits
All studio renters enjoy 6 hours FREE use of classroom and conference room space a month. If you’re a digital artists looking to pitch work to a group, use the conference room. Want to earn some extra cash? Teach a class in our classroom!
