  • Rosie’s Wine Garden Update

  • A new apartment building has started construction at the end of Raleigh St next door to the townhouses. 300 units. 7 apartments earmarked for artists in residences

  • The second phase of townhouses are under construction at the end of Raleigh St. They want to partner with us. Homes that start at 400k. The townhouse wrap-around the outside of the apartments.

  • A new apartment community has started construction in the open lot across Raleigh St from The Pass. 380 units

  • Asian mall interior will be renovated
