About the teacher:
Sophia Pappalardo an attorney with Villmer Caudill, PLLC, has a passion for the arts. On the day to day, she helps business owners and entrepreneurs get their business started the right way by setting up business entities, drafting and negotiating contracts, and protecting trademarkable brands or copyrightable works.
Beginning at inception through the end of a business’s life, Sophia is a resource for her clients and helps them navigate challenges they encounter. Sometimes those challenges take her clients into the courtroom, where she advocates on their behalf.
Sophia enjoys working with local organizations to educate students and community members about business entity structures and intellectual property protection. And when she is not working with her clients or teaching in the community, she uses her spare time to create using various arts media.
